If the patient suffers from fever, it is recommended to administer him or her 5 granules of Bryonia alba 9 CH every 4 hours. This dosage is mainly indicated when the fever is accompanied by sweating, a sensation of dryness, ocular pain, an intense thirst or joint pain. When the patient’s condition improves, space out the intakes. In case of flu, it is recommended to take 5 granules of Bryonia alba every 2 hours.

Rheumatologic conditions

In case of rheumatism or joint pain, it is advised to take 5 granules of Bryonia alba 5 CH twice a day (morning and evening), during 10 days. When arthritis is linked to inflammation, take 5 granules at noon, in addition to the morning and evening intakes. To relieve joint pain caused by arthritis, take 5 granules of Bryonia alba three times a day. In case of acute synovitis, repeat this intake every two hours. Depending on the intensity of pain, take 5 granules of Bryonia alba 1 to 4 times a day.

Recommended dosage for different disorders

In case of constipation, it is recommended to take Bryonia alba 5 CH three times a day until the patient’s condition improves. To treat mastitis, it is recommended to take 5 granules of Bryonia alba four times a day until the pain disappears. Concerning ENT (eye, nose, throat) disorders, the treatment should last for 3 months, especially when the patient has a dry eye or an intolerance to contact lenses. In this case, take Bryonia alba 5 CH six times a day. When improvement is noticed, the intakes can be spaced out.
